Shopping Services 

In spite of Covid-19 outbreak, we are still doing shopping for customers and the need now is greater, so call us today, we also have the opportunity to do it sooner and faster.  

We also want to reassure all our existing and new customers that we can still support you with our London care services if you are self-isolating at home. In particular our elderly customers and those with underlying health conditions, who are within the ‘vulnerable’ category suggested by the government. If you need someone to go shopping for you, or if you can’t leave your home or are worried about going to the shops alone, we can help.

We can arrange for a carer to collect your groceries and either deliver them to your door or put them in your cupboards and fridge, if you struggle to do so by yourself.
As well as following government advice, we have also put our own policies in place for all our carers to following whilst we are still dealing with the coronavirus.

We will prioritise your shopping and call needs, we have no waiting list, or no time slots. All shopping will be done when required.

Details of our London Care Services

  • Escorted Services

    These are suitable customers who are mobile enough to go out but need some extra assistance with transport to and getting around food stores. These services can be one-to-one support whereby our care staff assist one customers with their shopping, or alternatively, group shopping trips.

    As well as helping with shopping, they give vulnerable people, particularly those who live alone, the opportunity to get out and interact with others.

  • Home Delivery Services

    If you need someone to go shopping for you if you can’t leave your home or are worried about going to the shops alone, we can help.

    We can arrange for a carer to collect your groceries and either deliver them to your door or put them in your cupboards and fridge if you struggle to do so by yourself.

    As well as following government advice, we have put our own policy in place for all of our carers to following whilst coronavirus is with us.

  • Everyday Assistance

    We provide care services to assist with your day-to-day life, whether you are too busy to pop out to pick up your prescription or have an urgent errand that needs running. With special attention to only helping with the aspects you want by adapting to your changing needs, our support can make the world of difference.

  • Shopping Tasks

    Doing a weekly shop is an essential part of many routines but can also be a long and laborious process that many could do without. Your personal assistant can help with picking up a few essential items and can even accompany you to large supermarkets. Not only this, a casual day out browsing your local shops can be an even more enjoyable activity when there’s someone to share this with.

  • Attending Medical Appoinments

    Medical appointments can be stressful and fast-paced, so it can feel like you do not have time to take in all the information. It can be beneficial to have another person there to have a second pair of ears to pick up more details. They can also simply be there to offer companionship as you sit in the waiting room.

  • Picking Up Prescriptions

    We provide services to assist with your day-to-day life, whether you are too busy to pop out to pick up your prescription or have an urgent errand that needs running. With special attention to only helping with the aspects you want by adapting to your changing needs, our car service support can make the world of difference.

Domiciliary Care Services for Adults

Domiciliary care services in London for Adults from the age of 18 and above. (Services can be funded either privately or through the local authorities). 

Services will be provided by our dedicated, friendly carers, within the individual customers’ homes and in the community which may include one to one support, personal care, domestic chores, including escorting and shopping, our carers also specialise in reminiscing therapy for people diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer.

Young Person Housing Services

Young person housing services for individuals in London as young as 16 years to 24 year old who are vulnerable due to their life challenges, which they have encountered early in their life, such as: unaccompanied minors travelling alone, those leaving foster care, others who may have had problems with substance misuse and abuse, those with offending and reoffending behaviour and some who may be difficult to engage and for whom early support is crucial in helping to reduce those who may Not be in education, employment or training (NEET = not in education, employment or training)
